City Seeks To Commission "Four-Cow Bridge" Public Art

The City of Renton through its Municipal Arts Commission seeks to commission an artist/fabricator to create detailed design and installation documents from a concept for a public art sculpture.  The design phase budget is no more than $6,000 with total budget of $50,000.
