Burn Ban Lifted For King, Snohomish Counties
A Stage 1 ban remains in effect for Pierce County. A change in the weather is expected to end stagnating conditions that have persisted for weeks.

The Stage 1 burn ban for King and Snohomish counties has been lifted by the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency as of 1 p.m. Monday.
A change in the weather, with rain and modest winds in the  forecast for Tuesday night, is expected to reduce stagnating conditions that have persisted for some three weeks.
The Stage 1 ban remains in effect for Pierce County.
