Rylee's Lemonade Stand To Fight Childhood Cancer

In an effort to join the battle against childhood cancer, a little girl from Renton will host an Alex’s Lemonade Stand outside the LA Fitness club in the Fairwood Shopping Center on Saturday, August 4th.

Five-year-old Rylee read the book “Alex and the Amazing Lemonade Stand” – a story about Alexandra “Alex” Scott's fundraising efforts to find a cure for childhood cancer. Rylee asked her mom if she could have a lemonade stand of her own and send the money to a hospital to help sick kids get better.

Lemonade will be sold at the stand for 50 cents a cup and all proceeds will benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation.
