The West Hill Health and Safety Fair is Saturday, August 25 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the King County Fire District (Skyway Fire) Training Center, located at 12424 76 Ave South.
The Alajawan Brown Foundationand Skyway Fire partnered to collect backpacks and school supplies that will be distributed at the event. Children must be present to get a backpack.Â
Volunteers will also provide free hair cuts.

Kids are encourgaed to take the firefighter challenge where they can test their skills and find out what it takes to be a first responder.
