Plan Ahead For Return To Renton Car Show Street Closures

Watch for street closures and bus reroutes on Sunday July 8 for the .

There are still plenty of parking options, and alternative transportation:

• Parking Garage on 2nd street between Burnett and Logan Avenues (the first two hours are free; however you must pay for any additional time).
• The public parking lot on Main Avenue South between South 2nd and South 3rd streets.
• Bike (make sure to bring a lock, and don't bike on the sidewalks).
• Walk.

Street closures include:

• S. 3rd St. from Morris Ave. S. to Main Ave. S.
• ½ block north of S. 3rd St. for Logan Ave. S. & Burnett Ave. S. (transit “t” will remain open)
• 300 block of Burnett Ave. S.
• Williams Ave. S. & Wells. Ave. S. from S. 2nd St. to Houser Way S.
• Detours will be posted to direct people around the street closures and the Renton Transit Center will remain open, according to the Renton Police Department.
