Renton Chamber To Distribute Reopening PPE Kits For Businesses
Businesses must register for a distribution date and time to receive a personal protective equipment kit.
RENTON, WA — The Renton Chamber of Commerce next week will distribute kits containing personal protective equipment to the city's businesses on Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.
The kits include cloth masks, disposable paper masks and hand sanitizer donated by the government of the Chinese city of Linyi, with which Renton shares a business relationship.
In a news release, the chamber said businesses must register to receive PPE kits.

Masks will be distributed through a drive-thru in the parking lot and loading zone of the Chamber's building at 625 S 4th Street in Renton.
Masks will be distributed from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday.

On arrival, recipients are asked to stay in their cars and drive though the distribution line. After checking in, a volunteer will distribute a kit to the trunk or through a window. The chamber said kits will be placed in back seats to ensure contactless delivery can be accomplished.
