Renton Children’s Dentistry Opens In The Landing

welcomed one of its newest tenants in July, Renton Children’s Dentistry.

The new pediatric dental clinic, owned by Dr. Shahram Ghafghazi (Dr. G), features a “Jungle Book" theme that’s aimed at alleviating the fear many children feel when going to the dentist.

Dr. G decided to open Renton Children’s Dentistry because he felt there was a need in the area for a pediatric-specific dental practice.

“I especially liked the area of The Landing,” he said. “There are many families here. It’s a nice environment.”

An elephant and a giraffe peer around the corner to great children and their parents at the front door, and the reception area includes a children’s play area and x-box stations to keep kids entertained while waiting for their appointments.  

Dr. G also operates Burien Children’s Dentistry.

The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends that children visit the dentist by their first birthday.
