Second Teen Dies After Triple Shooting In Milwaukee

A 15-year-old succumbed to gunshot wounds after an argument outside a McDonald's escalated into a fatal shooting, police said.

MILWAUKEE, WI — A 15-year-old boy died after being injured in a triple shooting that killed a 16-year-old and wounded a 14-year-old outside a fast food restaurant in Milwaukee on Sunday, according to a report.

An unnamed 15-year-old boy died on Monday after being struck in a shooting outside a McDonald's restaurant near N. 49th Street and W. Hampton Avenue on Saturday, The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported.

A 16-year-old was shot and killed outside the restaurant and a 14-year-old was wounded after an argument escalated to a shooting around 3:15 p.m., the Milwaukee Police Department said in a statement.

Milwaukee police are investigating the shooting, police said. The injured teens were taken to a local hospital.

There have been 77 homicides in Milwaukee County since January 1, 2022, data from the medical examiner's office showed.
