2023 WI State Fair To Include REO Speedwagon, Lindsey Stirling, More

WEST ALLIS, WI — As Wisconsinites focus on keeping their driveways clear and staying warm, the folks at the Wisconsin State Fair are planning a musical lineup for 2023 that includes the likes of a violinist, a band of kids, several rock and pop icons, and more.

Tickets are already on sale for many artists, with tickets for other shows set to go on sale in the coming weeks. The latest announcement from the fair was for woman-fronted rock band Halestorm, known for their "power and pizzazz." The group won a Grammy Award for their single "Love Bites (So Do I)" in the "Best Rock/Metal Performance."

Other musicians are set to include Lindsey Stirling, who is known for violin-driven electronic music; Tommy James and The Shondells, known for a host of pop culture classic tunes that have been covered by country and punk rock icons alike; REO Speedwagon, known for their nine consecutive Platinum albums from 1977-1989, and more.

Other artists set to join the fair include Alabama, For King + Country, Kidz Bop, and Trace Adkins.

Wisconsin State Fair 2023 is set for August 3-13. It will be the 172nd fair. Beyond the numerous musicians set to attend, visitors will be able to find hundreds of unique foods, thousands of animals, and dozens of rides, according to the fair's website.
