Where's Fonzie? Bronze Fonz Absent From Milwaukee Riverwalk
The Fonz has gone from his city plinth.

MILWAUKEE, WI — People have noticed the Bronze Fonz, the statue of Henry Winkler's likeness for his character in the sitcom "Happy Days," is missing from the Milwaukee Riverwalk.
The statue was taken from its post near N. Water Street and E. Wells Street for routine maintenance, VISIT Milwaukee's leisure communication manager Jake Meister told Patch.
Vanguard Sculpture Services is working on the it, and the statue should be back within the next two weeks, Meister added.

"Rumor has it he's so excited by what's going on in the city right now that he wanted to see it all for himself," VISIT Milwaukee said in a statement.
The Bronze Fonz was erected in 2008 and the VISIT Milwaukee hopes it will last for "many, many, more years," Meister said.
