WISCONSIN — A driver western Wisconsin who was pulled over for speeding 50 mph over the speed limit gave state troopers an unusual reason for their rush, the Wisconsin State Patrol said Tuesday.The person was going 112 mph in a 70 mph zone on a road in Eau Claire County, state patrol said.
