WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to multiple calls, including threats made at an animal care center, a fight involving someone armed with a crowbar and a carpet being cut to pieces between Monday and Friday, logs from the Waukesha Police Department showed.

Parking Lot Fight

Police arrested a person after a fight between two to three people in the parking lot of Waukesha West High School Thursday afternoon, according to police logs. One of the people involved was holding a crowbar when the fight broke out by the parking spaces for senior students.

Facebook Scam

A Waukesha woman told police that she gave her bank information to a scammer, and money was being wired out of her account on Thursday, according to police logs. An unknown person messaged her through Facebook and Instagram and told her they were collecting money for various charities, she said.

Animal Shelter Threats

Officers responded to a woman making threats against an animal clinic when she wouldn't follow suggestions from the staff on the 700 block of Northview Road on Saturday, according to police logs. Workers told police the woman threatened to "put a bullet" in a volunteer's head before her boyfriend got her to leave.

Random Teen In Daughter's Bedroom

A Waukesha resident called police after they found a random teenage boy sleeping in their granddaughter's bedroom in the northern part of the city on Wednesday, according to police logs. The caller had no idea who the teen was and had no idea how he got in.

Carpet Cut Up

A Waukesha man told police that he found his apartment vandalized and his carpet cut up with scissors on Thursday, according to police logs. He told police that he believed his brother had vandalized his home and said his brother also tried to kill his fish.
