Milwaukee Bars, Restaurants To Reopen Friday

MILWAUKEE, WI — Bars and restaurants located in the city of Milwaukee are allowed to reopen for in-person dining starting at 2 p.m. on Friday, mayor Tom Barrett said Thursday afternoon.

According to a FOX 6 report, establishments can reopen at 25 percent capacity after the mayor spoke City Health Commissioner Jeanette Kowalik over recent COVID-19 trends in the city.

According to Milwaukee health officials, recent trends in Milwaukee's COVID-19 case data allow city health officials to move into phase three of its reopening plan.
