MILWAUKEE, WI — Milwaukee’s Halloween forecast is shaping up to be cool, breezy, and possibly a little unpredictable. While steady rain isn’t expected, a few stray showers could sneak in before the big night, according to the National Weather Service.

The week begins with sunshine and highs in the mid-50s, but by midweek, light rain chances return, never more than 30 percent, along with gusty east winds off Lake Michigan. By Friday, Halloween Day, the city can expect partly sunny skies, highs near 53, and a 30 percent chance of scattered showers.

Evening trick-or-treat hours should feel crisp but manageable, with temperatures dropping into the upper 30s after sunset. Parents may want to pack an umbrella — just in case the night brings a surprise sprinkle.
