Milwaukee Motorcycle Cop Injured By Car Turning Left: Police
A Milwaukee motorcycle officer was injured when an oncoming car turned left in front of him on the south side Monday evening, police said.

MILWAUKEE, WI — A Milwaukee police motorcycle officer was injured Monday evening when a car turned in front of him near Lincoln Avenue and 35th Street, according to police.
It happened around 6:20 p.m. The 44-year-old officer with 10 years of experience was driving south on 35th when the car driving north made a left turn in front of him near Lincoln Avenue, police said.
The Milwaukee officer, plus the driver of the car, were both brought to a hospital after the crash with injuries that were not expected to be life-threatening.

The 43-year-old Milwaukee woman who was driving the car stayed on the scene and was cited, police said.
