WISCONSIN — There are few pleasures like an ice-cold Slurpee from 7Eleven on a hot summer day, and no flavor out there can beat the flavors that are free.
If you happen to be looking for a quick Slurpee fix on Tuesday, but are out of cash, you'll be in luck. The day marks Slurpee Day, and the chain will be giving out free small Slurpees. The tradition started back in 2002.
The Dallas-based convenience store chain changed the day's name from 7-Eleven Day to Slurpee Day in 2022.

While everyone can get a free Slurpee on July 11, 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards members had early access to the free drinks.
Those who have downloaded the 7-Eleven or Speedway apps on their smartphone can grab a free Slurpee before July 11. The chain is also offering $1 deals on select snacks to rewards members as part of the promotion.
