Storms Could Bring High Winds And Hail To SE Wisconsin Friday: NWS
Forecasters said confidence remains low for where exactly storms may hit Wisconsin Friday afternoon, but they could be damaging.

WISCONSIN — Residents in southeast and south central Wisconsin can expect a chance of strong to severe storms by Friday afternoon and evening with the possibility of hail and high winds, according to the National Weather Service.
Showers and storms were set to linger around southcentral Wisconsin through the mid-morning, then attention shifts to storms in the afternoon. Forecasters noted that there is low confidence in the possible coverage of the storms.
Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties plus other areas of south-central and southeast Wisconsin could be affected. Thunderstorms are expected in the morning mainly across southcentral Wisconsin while stronger storms capable of up to 45 mph wind and small hail could move in later, according to the NWS.

As of 9:15 a.m., forecasters said confidence remains low on possible coverage. But "all hazards will be possible, with large hail and damaging winds being the primary concerns."

Friday: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms mainly after 2 p.m. Otherwise mostly sunny with a high near 88. In the evening, a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms and mostly cloudy with a low near 67.
Saturday: A chance of showers and thunderstorms possible after 10 a.m. Otherwise mostly sunny with a high near 86. A 50 percent chance of precipitation. Into the evening, mostly clear skies and a low around 65.
Sunday: A chance of showers, around 30 percent, between 1-4 p.m. then more chances of showers in the afternoon. Otherwise sunny with a high around 85. Into the evening a chance of thunderstorms and showers, around 30 percent.
