Two More Rounds Of Snow For Wisconsin: Snow Showers Expected Wednesday And Thursday Night
Two rounds of accumulating snow are expected late Wednesday night and Thursday night, the National Weather Service reported.
MILWAUKEE, WI — Two rounds of snow are expected in southeast Wisconsin Wednesday and Thursday night thanks to the lake effect, the National Weather Service reported.
Accumulating snow up to half an inch is expected along the lakefront starting late Wednesday night, forecasters said.
More widespread and heavier snow is expected in southeast Wisconsin on Thursday night, forecasters said. At least 2 inches of snow are expected in the Milwaukee area Thursday night, and forecasters said snow is expected to reach 4-6 inches further south and east in the state.

Untreated roads are expected to remain icy after Tuesday's freezing rain, forecasters said.
Forecasters said they were confident that "the entire area will see a couple inches of snow. And locations closer to the lake will see several inches of snow Thursday evening through Friday morning."

Friday: Snow, mainly before 7 a.m. High near 27. North wind 5 to 10 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 90 percent. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
Friday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 12. West wind 5 to 10 mph.
Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 34. Breezy, with a southwest wind 10 to 20 mph.
Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 21. Southwest wind around 15 mph.
