Huntsville Municipal Court will suspend operations Thursday, Jan. 6. The court will send out rescheduling information to anyone affected by today’s closure in the coming days.

Huntsville Transit fixed-route bus and paratransit service will suspend operations at 3 p.m., with the last Orbit buses departing the transfer station at 2 p.m. Friday operations will depend on weather conditions. Customers should monitor the City website for more information.
All Parks & Recreation afternoon activities have been canceled.
The City, along with its community partners, have opened three warming stations for anyone who needs temporary shelter from the elements.
The public is encouraged to stay safe and weather aware. Citizens can sign up for emergency notifications via our website or follow the Huntsville Police Department’s Facebook and Twitter for road closures and other traffic safety information.
