Huntsville’s median home price rose year-over-year to $336,000, inventory is steady, and experts expect modest sales growth into 2026, with buyers gaining more negotiating power and investors eyeing discounted fixer-uppers across Madison and neighboring counties.

More than 200 Tennessee Valley families will gain access to pools, courts, and fitness facilities, and there are still about 30 openings left in the program.
