We hosted a second call on October 12 to take your legal questions about the upcoming federal vaccine mandate. Thank you to everyone who tuned in! At one point, we had 172 participants on the call.
We welcomed Richard Raleigh of Wilmer & Lee and Sarah Osborne of Bradley. We also thank two HR professionals, Tim Lingo of Aerojet Rocketdyne and Leah Sketo of Lockheed Martin Corporation, who joined us to share their perspectives on COVID-19 pandemic planning and response.

Richard and Sarah mentioned these two blog sites, with updated legal information:
Huntsville Hospital will send a team to visit your jobsite and administer first and second doses of the Pfizer vaccine. You need to have a minimum of 25 people who will take the vaccine, and this can include employees, spouses, and children over the age of 12. Here is information on how to schedule a visit. You can also point your team members to vaccines.gov, where they can schedule an appointment at a local pharmacy.
We will continue to host these Zoom calls weekly through the month of October, every Tuesday at 2 p.m. In November, we will switch to monthly calls.
