The Huntsville Police Department (HPD) has charged 28-year-old Terrel Lamont Bradford for capital murder following a deadly shooting at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 3.

Bradford is accused of killing 23-year-old Rishawna Mialynn Brooks after a domestic-related altercation in the parking lot of 4611 Governors House Drive.

Bradford turned himself in to Major Crimes Unit Investigators at HPD’s Criminal Investigations Division on Wednesday, October 6. He was booked into the Madison County Jail at 11:17 p.m. on Wednesday for capital murder and an unrelated robbery charge.
