Here are the top three stories today in Huntsville:

  1. More information has been released following the drowning death of a man at Redstone Arsenal. According to the Madison County coroner, Dr. Tyler Berryhill, 69, was discovered on Tuesday morning in the water near a boat ramp at a recreation area on the Tennessee River. The coroner does not suspect foul play, and an autopsy is being conducted to determine the cause of death. (WAAY)
  2. In case you missed it, the Huntsville Museum of Art is offering free admission on the Fourth of July from 12:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Guests can explore the museum's current exhibits, including American Identity and Encounters: Courtney Egan. There will also be live music at 2:00 p.m. with a performance by Constellation Brass. To learn more about the museum's exhibits, click here. (WAFF)
  3. One Huntsville family is seeking compensation for land they say was taken from them. The Jones family claims that 10 acres of land that belonged to their parents was stolen and is now part of the University of Alabama in Huntsville as well as the Huntsville water system. Five siblings are working with an organization called Where Is My Land to explore legal options. The siblings say that the family's 10-acre plot on Homes Avenue is now the site of the university's Business Administration building, a parking lot, and a duck pond. (Subscription: AL.com)
