The new specialty store is located at 2104 Airport Blvd. in Midtown Mobile, providing artfully arranged sweet and savory grazing boards, boxes and more in its 1,750-square-foot space.

At Graze Craze, trained experts called Grazologists™ skillfully design charcuterie arrangements using an assortment of fine ingredients, like premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, artisanal sweets, nuts and more, all accompanied by house-made sauces, dips and jams. Graze Craze offers something for every lifestyle, dietary preference or palate, and each grazing board is available in a variety of size options to cater to any occasion, big or small.

Franchise owner Christopher Dyess is proud to bring the first Graze Craze to the state and plans to use his over 20 years of restaurant industry and sales experience to expand the brand’s presence throughout the Mobile Bay-area.

New to the Graze Craze menu is the Brunch Board, an innovative gourmet twist on any morning routine. Packed with breakfast meats, fresh fruits, eggs, pastries and more, this board is the perfect bagel-and-donut brunch alternative.
