• Neo-Nazi Group Spotted Marching Through Little Rock (clarionproject.org) — Residents should know that a small neo-Nazi group recently marched near the Arkansas State Capitol and Little Rock Central High School, carrying Nazi-style flags and alarming bystanders. Police briefly detained the group after stopping their U-Haul on I-440, issuing only traffic citations before releasing them, and no further charges were filed.
   

• Bull Sprig baptism: Hunter hits ‘mine,' sinks chasing a crippled mallard (arkansasonline.com) — A Little Rock hunter, John Kincannon, joined friends for a memorable, mishap-filled duck hunt at the famed Bull Sprig property near Humphrey. The group tangled with finicky mallards, a dramatic wader-flooding spill in icy water, and ultimately finished with 14 ducks before warming up over a hearty Bull Sprig breakfast.
   

• A Silent Surge: Childhood Diabetes on the Rise as Doctors See More Young Patients (katv.com) — Little Rock doctors are warning that more local children are being diagnosed with both type 1 and type 2 diabetes, with cases rising sharply since around 2021. Physicians now see up to 300 young patients a year and stress that diabetes isn’t families’ fault, urging early detection, healthier eating, and more exercise to manage or slow the disease.
