CHP Investigating Report Of Shooting On Zampa Bridge
All lanes of the bridge were blocked for a time Tuesday afternoon, a California Highway Patrol official said.
SOLANO COUNTY, CA — The California Highway Patrol is investigating a report of a possible shooting with no injuries Tuesday afternoon on the Alfred Zampa Memorial Bridge in Solano County.
CHP Officer David Harvey said the shooting was reported around 3:35 p.m. The CHP issued a Sig-alert at 3:10 p.m. on westbound Interstate Highway 80 at the bridge. All lanes were blocked, the CHP said.
The Sig-alert was canceled at 3:30 p.m.
