Illegal Dumper Located, Forced To Retake His Trash
A man caught illegally dumping furniture into a business' trash dumpsters in Hercules on Monday was forced to return to get his trash.
HERCULES - A man caught illegally dumping furniture into a business' trash dumpsters in Hercules on Monday was forced to return to get his trash, police said.
On Monday at 2 p.m., an officer with the Hercules Police Department was dispatched to Kinders at 3700 San Pablo Ave. on a report of illegal dumping.
Police said a suspect, identified as a Caucasian man in his 30s and with a beard, dumped furniture in the dumpsters belonging to the business and then drove off in a red Nissan pickup truck.

The officer later located the vehicle, and the suspect admitted to dumping the furniture.
Police said the man returned to the business picked up his trash and apologized to the manager.
