2 Berkeley Restaurants Make 'Most Beautiful' List

BERKELEY, CA — In addition to having delicious food, a nice ambiance is important.

Eater SF has published a list of the East Bay’s 11 most beautiful restaurants. Berkeley nabbed two of the spots:

Pizzeria da Laura

"It’s hard to believe it, but there is in fact a place for Art Deco vibes and excellent pizza alike," Eater SF raved. While the New York, Grandma, Detroit, and Sicilian style pizzas were praised, so was the decor. "The two-level restaurant is fully committed to its building’s architectural style, with Art Deco murals, palm trees, and glitzy lighting."

Tacubaya

Tacubaya was called "a vision in turquoise and pink. In addition to the cinematic staircase and uplifting paper art decor, the restaurant offers vibrant Mexican food perfect for post-shopping lunch." Find Tacubaya in the Fourth Street shopping area.
