CV Soccer Club: Soccer Coaches Wanted

The Castro Valley Soccer Club is now accepting applications for head and assistant coaches for both the competitive and recreational programs for the 2012-13 season.

The Castro Valley Soccer Club is now accepting applications for head and assistant coaches for both the competitive and recreational programs for the 2012-13 season.

  • You can download the 2012-13 Season CVSC Coach Application here.
  • If you weren’t a registered CVSC coach last year, you need to submit a paper Form 1628 along with your CVSC Coach Application.
  • If you were a registered CVSC coach last year, you need to update your online disclosure form here.

Once you have completed the online CYSA Form 1628 registration, please print, sign and attach the hard copy to your CVSC coach application prior to submission to CVSC.

Volunteer & Assistant coaches for the Competitive teams will not be appointed until after the completion of tryouts.
