By Bay City News Service — The Alameda County Sheriff's Office is investigating an
officer-involved shooting on westbound Interstate Highway 580 near Castro
Valley that occurred late Thursday night, deputies said.
     An officer shot the driver of a vehicle near the Castro Valley
Boulevard onramp, according to sheriff's deputies.
