Contra Costa Man Last Seen In Sacramento County 6 Days Ago

David Kempker, 27, ​of Concord, was last seen March 12 in the Sherman Island area of Sacramento County. ​

CONCORD, CA -- Concord police asked for the public's help Saturday in locating a missing resident who was last seen six days ago. David Kempker, 27, of Concord, was last seen March 12 in the Sherman Island area of Sacramento County.

Police said his truck was found March 14 on a roadway off of Highway 160 in the Sherman Island area, one day after his family reported him missing. The area was searched extensively by search and rescue teams, but he was not found, police said.

Kempker is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, 160 pounds, with short blonde hair and brown eyes.

The Concord Police Department took the original missing person report and is the lead investigating agency, working closely with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office.
