East Bay Woman Hit, Injured by Car
BREAKING: A 22-year-old woman was struck and injured by a vehicle on Willow Pass Road in Pittsburg around 6 am.

EAST BAY, CA -- A 22-year-old woman was hospitalized after being struck and injured by a vehicle on Willow Pass Road in Pittsburg early the morning of Feb. 7, according to police.
The collision was reported shortly before 6 a.m. on Willow Pass Road near Nantucket Drive.
The victim, a Pittsburg resident whose name has not yet been released, was crossing the street in a crosswalk when a vehicle struck her, police Capt. Ron Raman said.

She was taken to a hospital and was listed in stable condition this morning, Raman said.
The driver, whose name also has not been released, stopped and cooperated with investigators. Impairment does not appear to be a factor in the collision, according to Raman.
