Grab Your Shoes! Today is National Running Day

June 6th is National Running Day. Find out what you can do to take part in this fun day.

Every year on June 6th, people lace their tennis shoes up, fill up water bottles, and wear their tech shirts. This routine may not be new to them -- most already do this on a daily basis.Β

The day has caught the attention of runners and non-runners alike. Whether you are an avid runner logging more than 20 miles a week or an every-so-often runner that tries to squeeze one in during a busy work day, you run for a particular reason.
