Images: Concord Police Seek Identity Thief

CONCORD - Concord Police have released images of a male suspect who is believed to be an identity thief.

According to police, the man shown in the images has been using stolen identity information to open up phony bank accounts.

Concord police think the items shown in the shopping cart he is pushing were purchased with money from the illegal accounts.
