KTVU Reports on 'The Fainting Game' at Diablo View Middle School

School administrators and parents are concerned about kids fainting — on purpose.

Several students at Diablo View Middle School are holding their breath on purpose until they pass out, KTVU reported on Thursday night. (You can watch the report here.)

Students are calling it "The Fainting Game" and it has concerned principal Patti Bannister enough to send out a memo to parents earlier this week about the potentially deadly game.

"I wouldn't do it looks really stupid. You are out cold on the ground at school, a teacher can see you," eight grader Alyssa Hendricks told KTVU. "It just doesn't seem good to me."
