Landlord Isn't Family Friendly, Tenants Say; Your Opinion?

Tenants filed complaint against landlord who has threatened them with policy regulating the number of residents per unit.

It was recently reported that the owner of the Huntington Arms Apartments on Detroit Avenue sent a letter that stated:

Contra Costa Times, July 24:

...one-bedroom apartments should have no more than three residents and two-bedroom units no more than five, and also set rules for supervision of children. If residents exceeded these numbers, the letter said, they should look for larger units, which the families took as a threat of eviction.
