Police Seek Potential Witness In November Murder Of Man
Concord Police working the investigation now believe a witness to the killing may have been washing their car.

CONCORD-Police are seeking a potential witness to a shooting last month in Concord that killed a homeless man.
According to Concord Police, the fatal shooting occurred on Nov. 20 at 11:29 p.m. in the area of Monument Boulevard and Erickson Road.
The victim was identified as 36-year-old Arturo Fernando Arellano. Police said he was found lying in the roadway with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

On Thursday, Concord police said it has now been determined that there may have been a witness washing their car at a nearby car wash at the time of the incident.
Police are hoping to find this person, and are asking anyone else who may have information about the incident to contact Concord detectives at (925) 671-3478.
