School Among 17 Burglaries in This Week's Report

Seventeen burglaries showed up in the weekly Concord Police report for the last seven days - see map above for approximate locations.

One of the 17 incidents took place at the Holbrook Elementary School campus. We'll update the story once details of that incident are available.

Three weeks ago the report reached this year's highest, with a spike of 33 total reported burglaries.

Here's a break down of this week's burglaries:

• 8 vehicle burglaries 

• 4 residential burglaries

• 4 commercial burglaries

• 1 school

The above numbers, taken from the attached report, may exclude burglaries still under investigation or those of which the status remains pending, according to the Concord Police Department.

Additionally, it is possible burglaries reported to CPD Wednesday night did not make the department's Thursday cut-off time for the delivery of this specific report .
