Biker Killed In Culver City Crash

CULVER CITY, CA — A motorcyclist was killed in a collision with another vehicle in Culver City Friday.

The collision occurred around 5 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Washington and Robertson boulevards, according to Jennifer Atenza of the Culver City Police Department.

The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the other unspecified vehicle stayed at the scene and cooperated with the police, Atenza said.

A description of the victim was not immediately available.

Police closed the intersection to facilitate the investigation Friday night. Atenza said the closure was anticipated to be in effect for several hours.
