Culver City Office Building Purchased for $3 Million

A two-story office building in the Park Place Business Park in Culver City has been purchased for $3 million.

Hana Holdings LLC purchased the 10,988 square foot property at 6029 Bristol Parkway. UCLA Santa Monica Bay Physicians currently occupies 75 percent of the building and Hana Holdings will immediately occupy the remaining space.

Hana Holdings plans to take over the entire building when the UCLA Santa Monica Bay Phyisicians’ lease expires in three years.
