Fox Hills Plaza Redevelopment Planned After $49M Sale: Report
Hundreds of residential units could be built on the site, located near Westfield Culver City, according to a report.

CULVER CITY, CA — A seven-acre plaza in Fox Hills is set for redevelopment after it was recently sold to a pair of investors for $49 million, the Los Angeles Business Journal Reported.
The site, located at 6201-6229 Bristol Parkway, is home to Fox Hills Plaza. It was purchased by REDA Residential, the residential development subsidiary of Real Estate Development Associates LLC, along with an undisclosed private family office, the Journal reported.
The redevelopment could include hundreds of residential units, the Journal reported.

Fox Hills Plaza was purchased by Bristol Parkway Propco in 2022 for $56 million as part of a plan to redevelop the land, which failed to come to fruition, the Journal reported.
