• The FDA Cookware Lead Warning Identifies 9 More Dangerous Products (organicauthority.com) — Fremont shoppers should know the FDA has flagged several imported pots and pans sold at India Metro Hypermarket on Mowry Avenue and India Cash and Carry on Farwell Drive for leaching dangerous levels of lead. The updated federal warning now covers 19 cookware products, many made in India or Pakistan, and urges anyone who owns these specific items to stop using them and throw them away rather than donate them.
