2 Earthquakes Rattle North Bay
The quakes struck about 9 hours apart in different parts of the North Bay.

NORTH BAY, CA— A magnitude 3.9 earthquake struck The Geysers in northern Sonoma County at 11:31 p.m. Thursday, according to the United States Geological Survey.
The quake —initially recorded as a 4.0 —was felt from the North Bay to the South Bay, according to 60 responses reported to the USGS.
It was followed by a 2.9-magnitude quake recorded at 8:37 a.m. Friday near Rio Vista in Solano County. The morning temblor was felt across the Bay Area.

No injuries or damages were immediately reported in either quake.
