Family Displaced By Windsor Mobile-Home Fire

Crews from the Windsor and Rincon Valley fire protection districts and the Healdsburg Fire Department responded to the blaze Sunday.

WINDSOR, CA — An electrical grounding problem is suspected as the cause of a double-wide mobile home fire in northwest Windsor on Saturday afternoon, a fire battalion chief said. The fire was reported around 12:30 p.m. in the Evergreen Mobile Home Park at 15 Evergreen Ave., according to Windsor Fire Protection District Battalion Chief Matt Gustafson.

The fire caused about $10,000 in damage and displaced two adults and two children for a few days, Gustafson said.
