• Crews Remove Plaza Oak, Restore Holiday Tree: Storms Rattle Healdsburg (patch.com) — Healdsburg residents are dealing with storm damage after high winds toppled trees around town, including a large oak in the southwest corner of the Plaza that damaged the holiday tree and decorations. City crews have restored the holiday lights, are removing dangerous trees, and are urging people to avoid affected streets and use the 24/7 utility hotline or 911 to report problems.
   

• Sports Briefs: Archie Williams outshoots Carlmont at Bambauer (marinij.com) — Healdsburg’s girls wrestlers are headed to San Marin High this Saturday for a dual-meet tournament that highlights the rapid growth of girls wrestling in the region. They’ll compete alongside teams like Rancho Cotate, Clear Lake, and Foothill, while other Marin schools battle in the Don Bambauer Classic and prepare for the first MCAL tournament to feature both boys and girls titles.
