New Russian River Mud Run Set for Oct. 28
New race in Healdsburg benefits Open Table charity for the homeless.
The first annual Russian River Mud Run takes place on the campus of Rio Lindo Adventist Academy and the banks of the Russian River.
The course is located 3 ½ miles south of Healdsburg. This mud run offers two running distances with a 5k and 10k course.

In addition to beautiful views of the vineyards and Russian River Valley, the course includes 18 unique and challenging obstacles, including multiple terrain surfaces, elevation changes, man-made and natural obstacles including parts of the Russian River.
Each participant also receives a custom long-sleeve T, race dog tags and pancakes for participating in the race!

All proceeds from the race will directly benefit a homeless ministry called Open Table that students from Rio Lindo Adventist Academy participate in throughout the year.
