Fatal Shooting Suspect Arrested In San Diego County After 3 Month Investigation
Two people are under arrest on suspicion of pulling the trigger in the April shooting that killed a 46 year old woman.

EL CAJON, CA — Two men have been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred three months ago in El Cajon, authorities announced Monday.
Officers responded to reports of gunshots around 9:45 p.m. April 13 in a parking lot in the 1100 block of East Madison Avenue, according to the El Cajon Police Department. They found 46-year-old Deandra Bryant suffering from gunshot wounds, police said.
Bryant was transported to a hospital, and died shortly after arrival, police said.

Detectives determined that Bryant had been involved in an altercation with the two men. One of the suspects shot Bryant, then both men fled the scene, the department said.
The first suspect was identified as 22-year-old Frankie England and the second as 35-year-old Dontel Wallace, who had prior felony convictions.

England was arrested last Tuesday, and Wallace, originally taken into custody on unrelated firearms charges, was arrested on June 11, police said. Wallace's charges were upgraded to murder since his arrest, according to police.
The motive behind the shooting remained under investigation.
