The Greater San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR) is hosting its 2025 SDAR Holiday House Charity Drive Celebration from 5 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 10, at 16409 Via de Santa Fe in Rancho Santa Fe.

All San Diego-area real estate professionals, regardless of association affiliation, are invited to attend.

The event will feature SDAR members donating unwrapped children’s toys and gifts to Operation Homefront, as well as raffles benefiting San Diego military families, networking, refreshments and festive music. Operation Homefront provides short-term financial assistance, long-term stability and recurring support to San Diego military families.

An SDAR statement said, “Be part of something great as our local realtors community helps make the holidays special for our local military families.”

SDAR said San Diego’s real estate professionals are leaders in supporting local charities, often donating a portion of their commissions, volunteering their time at local organizations and participating in fundraising events that give back to their communities.

The celebration will be held at an estate on a 2.98-acre lot featuring 12,025 square feet of living area with eight bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. The property is priced at $8,495,000.
