MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA — A man was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest, disarming a police officer and committing a felony on bail after he allegedly pinned an officer to the ground and took their Taser stun gun during a foot pursuit Monday afternoon in Mountain View.

Officers stopped 36-year-old Richard Gescat driving in the 500 block of Cypress Point Drive around 2:20 p.m. after allegedly noticing his car's license front and back license plates did not match.
