Back To School: Napa Valley 2023-2024 School Calendars
Parents in NVUSD, St. Helena USD and Pope Valley Union can mark the first day of school and other important dates this school year.
NAPA VALLEY, CA — Back-to-school planning has already begun in Napa County, with calendars available to help parents prepare for the first day in the Napa Valley Unified School District, St. Helena Unified School District and Pope Valley Union Elementary School District.
The first day of school for most students in Napa Valley is Wednesday, Aug. 16.
Heading into the upcoming school year, some dates are subject to change. Here is the list of dates to know:

Napa Valley Unified School District
First Day: Wednesday, Aug. 16
Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 20-24
Winter Break: Dec. 18-Jan. 5
Spring Break: March 25-29
Last Day: Wednesday, June 12 (minimum day)
